* A booking fee is required for all bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48hours notice or we cannot return your booking fee and full payment of your treatment may be required. We will send a reminder text/email to confirm your booking, if you cannot make your appointment you can let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to accept cancellations by email. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount and will need to prepay for future bookings.  If you have paid a booking fee and cancel with 48hrs notice your booking fee will be returned.

*If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to fit you in for your full treatment but depending on our availability your treatment time may be reduced or an alternative treatment offered to you.

* We understand mobile phones are a huge part of our day to day lives, but we kindly ask that you turn your phone to silent while in the salon. We have a charger located in reception for anyone who is running low on battery 🙂

* All consultation and are sent by email either the day before or day of your appointment. Please have these filled out before arrival. These forms need to be filled out before every visit.

* Deposits are required for  group bookings.

* Please notify your therapist of any health conditions which may have changed since your last visit as these may effect your treatment.

* You must be 16 or over to have a treatment with us.

* We require patch tests at least 48hours before your treatment if you haven’t been with us before or it has been more than 6 months since your last treatment. We take this policy very seriously and any treatments requiring a patch test will not be carried out without one.  It is the responsibility of the client to organise a patch test.  Please pay attention to our opening hours when organising a patch test.

*  Please arrive on time and alone to your appointment, ring our doorbell to notify your therapist that you have arrived and we endeavour to make your wait as short as possible. We are a small salon with a small waiting area, and we ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, as we do not have the space to allow anyone not having a treatment with us to wait. We do not allow under 16’s into the salon due to health and safety.
